As an international student from Somaliland, creating a representative, safe, and pedagogically diverse curriculum and space is crucial to Ahmed Faarah. Ahmed’s studies how economics and technology enhances growth in developing countries. Additionally, he emphasizes the role of education in this process. As concentration representative, Ahmed hopes to intersect his academic focus of developmental economics and education with his platform. This puts the voices of our peers from abroad at the center of dialogue in how we build a financially and academically inclusive university.
