Florence Mensah

Director of Intercultural Affairs

Florence is a fourth-year student, born and raised in the vibrant city of Accra in Ghana, a beautiful country that sits at the West Coast of Africa. Being a person full of laughter, you mostly hear Florence before you see her, as she belts out hearty laughs with any chance she gets. With her academic interests geared towards debt relations in Sub-Saharan Africa, Florence finds herself interested in critical economics, global studies and whatnots. With an ever-growing passion for anything music, seeing her randomly break out in song and/or dance should not surprise you; you might even enjoy watching it.
Being at Quest, she has found herself shaped and supported by the beautiful communities, hence, she believes in fostering supportive spaces for others, especially for those that identify apart from the dominant culture; where they can feel safe, respected and comfortable in expressing themselves and all aspects of their identity.

Florence uses she/her pronouns.
