Nich Godri

Director of Environment

At heart, Nich is a politically driven recreationalist who finds passion in advocating for socially and environmentally resilient communities.  As someone who studies the relationship between humans and non-built environments, Nich spends much of his time pondering what motivates and empowers people to metaphorically hug trees.

While serving as QUSA’s Minister of the Environment, Nich is dedicated to supporting student initiatives through to fruition. Nich’s agenda in this role will be to foster a resilient and positive relationship with the environments and the communities in which Quest students are immersed. This will include, but will not be limited to, working with the Quest executive board and new developers operating on Quest land, supporting the Student Sustainability Committee and other student initiatives, and collaborating with the peoples of Squamish.

Nich uses he/him pronouns.
